Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered well-stocked rooms with plenty of good quality towels, although a bit dated but spotlessly clean. The service was very accommodating, assuring us of holding our reservation despite our late arrival. The location, while a bit out of the way, was served by pleasant staff and provided free on-site parking. The dining experience was so-so, lacking in quality at times, and the facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel location is a bit out of town, but fine by car with a long walk to the town. The rooms had hardwood floors and marble bathrooms but smelled of smoke. The service varied from excellent explanations to being rudely marched into the Cafe. The dining experience had a lot of options but lacked fresh orange juice and had disappointing breakfast choices. Overall, the hotel needs a revamp but offers some good amenities.
Staying in the off-peak season, the hotel had its advantages like no parking issues and a great pool. However, the rooms could not be locked from the inside, which felt awkward, and the AC unit only circulated hot air at a sweaty 27°C. The service was very attentive and pleasant, promising to hold our reservation regardless of our arrival time. The location, although a bit out of town, was easy to find with no parking problems, but it was on the outskirts with an abandoned house nearby and sheep roaming around. Dining, despite some shortcomings like no fresh orange juice and limited options, was good, and the waiter was a bit surly. Facilities were overall satisfactory.
The hotel offers well-appointed, clean, and comfortable rooms but lacks modernization. The dining room is austere and unfriendly, needing improvement. Service is helpful but could benefit from more friendliness and attentiveness. The location is convenient, with pleasant surroundings, but slightly out of the main area. The dining experience varies in quality, with some positives but room for improvement. Overall, a decent stay with room for enhancement.
